Girl on fire

You was a girl on fire
Stuck in a room of smoke
As the walls got higher.
Suffocating on your fumes
As your body begun to expire.
The room turned to black
You was unable to breathe
Looking for hope in cracks.
But you created these flames
With anger that burned inside
Mixed with a reaction of pain.
You was a ticking time bomb
It was a matter of when & where
Your innocence had gone.
