Toxic Love

It didn’t kill you
But part of you died,
That’s why you drink
You’re screaming inside.
You tried to protect her
When will you see,
You gave her everything
Including your sanity.
You loved her hard
Caught her when she fell,
But it’s impossible
To control the mind,
From living hell.
You gave her strength
To face herself,
She left you in darkness
Battling yourself.
She was blind & never knew
As you was saving her,
She was killing you.
